Hi everyone it's Vinny from Shirayuki ~ Just a few matters to address.
Over the next 2 weeks we will be having our prelimary exams. We will take longer then usual to reply so please bear with us ~
We will be using a weekly order format from now on. We will be ordering every Sunday.
People who have paid for purchases in the previous 2 weeks, please reply us with ur order form , this is to ensure that I did not miss out on any orders . (Exams screwing my brains LOL)

The newest 2 batch thtat just arrived we will be sorting out next week. So collection will also begin next week. Thank you ~

Dear customers, There are some issues we have to address .
1) E-mail for status PLEASE do not expect an immediet reply we don't get all our information immedietly and China side take time to compile data for us . Please refrain from tagging on our tag board . (Average waiting time for China side to compile a list is 5 days after shipping date . )
2) Purchase PLEASE stop asking us if your items have been purchased YES they are purchased . A growing number of customers are following this trend and everyone is asking on the tagboard =\ ...
3) March offers March offers have ended and April offers are coming soon, look forward to that !
4) Changes in our System Starting today onwards, our "warehouse" in Singapore will be at Yuki's house in SengKang . If you want to meet at places other then th area around SengKang PLEASE inform us 2 days before . Vinny will be in charged of payment via bank transfers .
