Before purchasing on us PLEASE read this

1) We are NOT responsible if the items fail to make it on time on a certain date you requested as majority of it depends on seller speed, weather upon shipping and custome checks .

2) If the seller goes MIA give us time to communicate with the seller . If not , we will try to work something out with you .

3) No bargainning for cheaper rates . We are really doing our best to keep the rates low >-< .

4) Dun keep flooding our e-mails, handphones and inboxes .

5) All meet ups are subjected to Availability .

6) If you want to cancel a meetup, it must be done 1 hours before hand . Failure to do so will result in a $2 Penalty fee, same applies to us .

7) If your friend is ordering for you and payment was made under him/her , we will only entertain status request from th person .

8)Customers are to collect their items 7 days after they recieve a notification if not a penalty of 50 cents will be charged daily after 7 days .

9)Customers who are paying via meet up will have to pay an additional fee of $1.50 .

10)For collection of items, if you're not meeting Yuki at her area, there will be an additional fee of $1.50 as Yuki has to transport the items to either me or Cloud .

Failure to comply to any of the rules will result in you being blacklisted .

We have never done this before and it is unfortunate that we have to do so . This is the first person we are black listing and hopefully the last . Only people who have broken the rules are black listed.

Person S arranged for meet up on 23/05 at 3pm . That day Yuki forgot to bring th wig so we informed her . She told us she needed the wig on 24/05 . Yes, it was Yuki's fault that she did not bring the wig however if you read our terms and conditions...

Also , she repeatedly SMS-ed me even though another rule states that:

We tried to arrange another timing with her but she kept saying tht she was busy tomorrow and needed the item tomorrow . For th timing part , on the meet up page it is stated that:

Meet up timings subjected availability .

Yes, we might hav been wrong in terms of not delivering the item on time HOWEVER we informed her 5-6 hours before hand . Person S was to meet me for payment on a saturday last time , ard 5 mins before the meet up she told me she would be late whn I was already thr waiting .

When our other customers arrange for meet up and the timings are in appropriate, They will usually ask someone else to collect for thm .

Conclusion : Shirayuki has offered to pay for this person's courrier services for same day courrier out of our own pocket .

This will be the last time we do this . We urge all customers to read our terms and conditions before purchasing from us . Failure to compile will result the customer in being blacklisted . Thank you .

Dear customers:

A few things to address .

For all 3 of us our O lvl Chinese is on the Monday after this . So replies will be slower thn usual . We will be back to normal after that .

The collection for a new batch of items will begin coming Friday . Should your items be here we will SMS you .

Starting Friday, there will be some new charges .

Customers are to collect their items 7 days after they recieve a notification if not a penalty of 50 cents will be charged daily after 7 days .

Hi there everyone ~ Do read this (:

BANK TRANSFERS

From now on, people who do bank transfers will be required to provide us with a picture of the reciept issued to them.

OVERSEAS

China counterpart will be overseas till 17th May. Purchasing will still go on as someone will be at the warehouse to look after the things.
